Brother Knights,
Although Northern Ohio is presently buried in snow, veteran residents, such as we, are fully aware that with the coming of March, warm weather will soon be here. Anxiety is certain to kick in causing us to plan for the coming spring. It is time to check on the lawn mower and gather the yard equipment. Windows will need to be washed, garages straightened and households cleaned. Ah, just think of it, the utter joy of spring cleaning.
But you know what they say about all work and no play. That is where your Club comes in to the picture. Several events that you will not want to miss are in the planning stages. Mark your calendar and enjoy the fun.

April 11th- St Stan’s Day
April 17th – Po’ Boy Raffle
April? – Quarterly Communion. (Details to be announced)
I would like to thank Terry Callahan for all his hard work to make this year’s Super Bowl Party an enormous success. Over 70 spaghetti dinners were served on the eve of Valentine’s Day to the delight of those who attended. Our secret chef, Lorene Elbert, treated us to her homemade meatballs and sauce. Many claimed it was the best they have ever eaten. Sorry, the recipe remains a treasured family secret!
Thanks also to Dick Weitzel for providing a beautiful flower pot to every lady.
Meatless sandwiches, homemade clam chowders and salads were enjoyed by all at the recent Ethic Knight
